The place was charming small, we really enjoyed it. Every staff member was efficient and superfriendly. It was in the central location in the event that the car needs to be moved. Had carbonated drinks in the honesty bar in the evening. We had very nice time at the hotel and would love to stay here again.
Nothing to fault!

The staff were wonderful and helpful.
The internet service was very dodgy - one had to work very hard to get connected and got cut off constantly. Also, in room 5, while nice to look at, the bathroom is not very functional.

The staff and the decor. Lovely people.

The very nice staff and peaceful environment, yet relatively close to waterfront, seapoint and the city center. The artistically decorated rooms and common areas. The fact that they didn't charge for little extras; fruits, Internet, tea or coffee little things to nibble on with the drinks were available without extra charge.
